Virtual sessions are recorded and available to 7 days.
Typically 4-8 years of age. If your child is outside that range, we'll chat about the best fit.
Programs are cash-based.
Seminars run at partner community spaces or virtually. Might Movers meets on local fields or indoor gyms.
