Virtual sessions are recorded and available to 7 days.

Question 2: What ages are right for Mighty Movers?

Typically 4-8 years of age. If your child is outside that range, we'll chat about the best fit.

Question 3: Do you take insurance?

Programs are cash-based.

Question 4: Where are sessions held?

Seminars run at partner community spaces or virtually. Might Movers meets on local fields or indoor gyms.

Question 5: My child melts down at practice - will this help?

Yes. We build regulation tools, confidence, and clear step-by-step skills to make sports feel doable (and fun).
