What ages are right for Mighty Movers?

Typically 4-8 years of age. If your child is outside that range, we'll chat about the best fit.

Programs are cash-based.

Seminars run at partner community spaces or virtually. Mighty Movers meet on local fields or indoor gyms.

My child melts down at practice - will this help?
